Earthquake Shakes Khoy, Northwest Iran


A magnitude 5.2 earthquake struck northwest Iran, the U.S. Geological Survey reported on Sunday. The quake’s epicenter was registered 10 km (6 miles) southwest of the city of Khoy at a depth of 10 km. There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage after the earthquake.
