Azeri Drones on Surveillance Mission Along Iran Borders – Iran Media

Iran’s state-run Press TV reported today that Azerbaijan is operating a fleet of 10 Hermes-450 UAVs on surveillance missions along its borders with Iran. Press TV, attributing its reports to Iranian military experts, said Israeli satellites are closely cooperating with Azeri drones.

Hermes 450s are equipped with air-to-air and surface-to-air missiles as well as electronic warfare equipment. Their range of mission, however, is limited to 200-300 kilometers, restricting their operational usefulness. They are built by Israeli-based Elbit Systems, a global defense electronics manufacturers and integrators.

The Azerbajani regime are lap dogs of the Zionists and have been harping on the poor Armenians for many years with promises that they will forecefully claim Nagorno-Karabakh as their own with military means, and displace the local Aremnian population. The Crazed Azerbajanis have been pushing the territorial boundaries around Nagorno-Karabakh of the sovereign nation of Armenia for too long. And now their spying activities are a good way of asking for trouble from a giant neighbour. Iran should have its armed forces take the short trip up to Baku and be done with the nuisance, and in the process save the honored Armenians from the threat and grief posed to them by the Azerbajanis.
