Iran’s Quds Force has a major presence in Syria and under its command thousands of Hezbollah fighters and Shia militias of different nationalities are fighting the Syrian opposition forces to save Assad. Iran is financing their operations at a huge cost also. If the Iranian government was sincere in saving Kobane, the Quds Force could easily send some of those fighters to eastern Syria to counter ISIL. Demonstrations in Iranian cities in support of Kobane are great, but the question remains if Iran is involved militarily in Syria, but is only managing the fight against the opposition to save Assad, why not involve some of those forces in a fight against ISIL to save Kobane? Otherwise encouraging these types of demonstrations becomes more of a show.

In ancient times they were called Medes one of the most prominent people of the Iranian Plateau and they were instrumental and played a key role in laying the foundation for the large Persian empire that would come later.

Dear Nader, it is a show, you know as well as everyone else that there has been many back channel discussions and deals done. it is a crying shame that innocent human beings are being sacrificed for a few more oily dollars.
