No Deal Reached in Iran-IAEA Nuclear Talks

IAEA and Iran appear to have failed in talks in the past 48 hours to finalize a “structured framework” for IAEA’s inspections of Iranian nuclear sites and its  investigation into suspected nuclear weapon research at Parchin military base, Reuters reported today. The two sides will meet again on 12 February.

It's a new setback that no agreements could be reached. Probably Iran is not ready to make any deals prior to June presidential election. Which might explain why there were no moving forward in Tehran’s meeting and why Iran has been so reluctant to set a date certain and the venue for the meeting with P5+1. They might not be ready to agree to anything until their election.
