8 Million Tehranis!

Tehran’s population has surpassed the 8-milliom mark, the latest Census showed. The population of Tehran province, which includes smaller towns like Varamin and Islamshahr, reached 12 million. The Census was conducted in the Iranian calendar year 1390 (ending March 2012).
