According to Reuters
The United States has renewed waivers on Iran sanctions for Japan and 10 European countries because they cut their purchases of the OPEC nation's crude oil, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Friday.
The State Department renewed exemptions on Friday to Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
The European Union implemented a full embargo on Iranian crude and petroleum products on July 1.

Every single mind in this world knows and understands what this sanctions is all about.
It was all a big blackmail from the Israelis to exercise their power to some of the less relevant countries and the even lesser relevant lawmakers in the US.
There is not much reason to comment on such obvious amaurotic idiocy (Iran sanctions), however this needs to be mentioned.... this policy is also bound to fail.
