Rial @ 26,000 to Dollar


Iranian currency rial hit a new historic low on Monday, trading at 26,000 rials to dollar in open exchange markets. (Mehr News Agency, 10 September). 

Rial has lost nearly 20 percent of its value in the past three days.

Unfortunately each one of those freaks are as ugly as each other!
Should be portrait of our old poets and medieval scientists.

Two words come to mind: Mohammad Mosaddegh

And I hope they replace this current portrait with a portrait of Mosaddeq after the regime falls.

There is no doubt when the regime falls,the portraits will change! That's the only way to have his portrait on the Iran Novin banknote.

Maybe there can be different portraits on different denominations of our new currency?

Starting with Mosaddegh on the highest denomination banknote.
