$4 Billion for Oil

Iran’s Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi said Iran is to take $4 billion from the country’s National Development Fund to finance oil and gas projects. Iran’s oil industry is in dire need of massive investment just to keep the aging wells running and foreign investment has all but disappeared due to economic sanctions.
