Protests Spread throughout Iran- Tehran Rally Cancelled

Last night, Isfahan, Shiraz and Mashhad were the scenes of major demonstrations. Scores of people have been arrested.

"About 100 people have been arrested in Shiraz," Fars police chief Ali Moayedi said [ISNA, 15 June 2009].

In the holy city of Mashhad, residents report the arrest of at least 15 people last night after Basij Force attacked people gathering to start a march on city’s main boulevard.

Meanwhile, Mousavi has asked his supporters to cancel a major rally that was planned to take place in Tehran later today. The call came after pro-government groups called for a rally at the same place hours after anti-government protest plans had been announced. It was widely feared that the presence of the two camps at the same place would result in massive casualties.

let me show you some of the barbaric scene which the so called reformist were attempting yesterday! Poor guard he looked so terrified by the mob howling for his death. I think he will severly disciplined what would most do in a situation like this?

BTW this is what was shown on C4 in the UK

Looks like our False Prophet appears to have no idea what a golden opportunity he's dozing though… overthrow this evil regime without firing a single shot… get their Armageddon-inspired nuke program off the world stage… and free 30 million people all at one time.

But the boy wonder is too stupid to see it… or somehow just doesn’t care?

And isn’t this what George W Bush told you was going to happen in the Middle East in the wake of Iraq's liberation?

Maybe that’s why Barack Obama has so little apparent interest in finishing the job in Iran… no matter how much it benefits the US and free world.
