Iran to Sue Russia over S-300

The chairman of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission said Iran will sue Russia for its failure to deliver the S-300 air defense missile systems to Iran [ISNA, 27 September]. Russia cancelled the deal it had signed with Iran saying the missile systems fall under the UN sanctions.

I'm wondering if this is in fact procedural, in order to obtain a penalty for nondelivery.

I have a feeling that the blueprints are long in Iranian hands and within a few months the first versions of it shall appear.

Russians and their untrustworthy characteristics, are a two way sword.

If they can screw Iran so openly, I guarantee you they have already screwed the USA.

Maybe their defense industry is totally compromised by stuxnet as well.

Why the f**k would you still be using Micky$$oft when even in the west people smart enough to use their PC for anything other than Twitter and Twatter have already switched to safer, open source (Linux) long ago ?!!!

The Russians have screwed the world many times over with sales of weapons to almost all arab sponsored terrorist nations. Today it even threatens Europe to cut off it's gas supplies if it so desires. They screwed the US and it's allies after WW2 with communism and had a large play in the Korean war. Even if amadinejad introduces the S-500, these weapons are looking more and more prehistoric when you talk about Stuxnet and even Haarp which are about to change the whole playing field.
