9/11: In Memoriam

In memory of the people who lost their lives during the terrorist attack on 9/11, and in memory of our fallen heroes- our firefighters and other first responders who sacrificed their lives to save others. May their memories live forever!

From drones to depleted uranium shells to white phosphorus to cluster bombs not to mention the big ticket items like Abrams' tanks, Apache helicopters, Bradley armored cars, F15's, the American military machine has become a veritable Frankenstein of havoc and destruction. It spares not the innocent nor does it give one damn about women and children, regardless of their race or religious affiliation. It has become the defender of the rich and well born and seems ready to challenge the gods themselves in its overweening pride. Will its blood lust ever be sated? Yes I am talking about the USA!

Don't be a hater and try living in peace for once in the history of the universe. You think the terrorists who were responsible for the attack in the first place cared about the thousands of lives that were affected by 911? All they wanted was self gratification and virgins. What kind of idiot believes that crap?

On 11th September 1919, US Marines invaded Honduras; on 11th September 1941, the ground was broken for the construction of the Pentagon, that source of more subsequent world wide marauding and slaughter. On 11th September 1965, the US First Cavalry arrived in Viet Nam - and on 11th September 1973, the Nixon Administration's collusion in the overthrow of the democratically elected President Salvador Allende in Chile, came to fruition, ushering in the decades of the "disappeared", under General Augusto Pinochet.
