The Gulf Cooperation
Council (GCC) and the European Union will be holding a meeting today in
Luxembourg. The Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal and EU foreign
policy chief Catherine Ashton will be co-chairs of the meeting. The crisis in
Syria and the Iranian nuclear program will be on top of the meeting’s agenda
