Belgium’s Le Soir has called the French presidential
elections for Francois Hollande with 53 percent of the vote. Three exit polls
conducted by Harris Interactive, Sofres and Opinion Way also show Holland
winning by 53 percent. Hollande will become the first Socialist president since Mitterrand.
