Khamenei full speech to Basij, on 'nucear rights' (video, translated)

 

Excerpts, from Iran Leader Ayatollah Khamenei's speech on occasion of Basij Week, broadcast live on Iran TV, preceding resumed nuclear talks in Geneva :

"We do insist that we will not step back one iota from our rights"

"We do not intervene in the details of these talks. There are certain red lines and limits. These have to be observed. They [Iran's nuclear negotiators] are instructed to abide by those limits."

"They should not be afraid of what the enemy says."

"They [the West] intend to ratchet up the pressure on Iran. Iranians will succumb to no one under pressure.

"They should know that the Iranian nation respects all nations of the world, but we will slap aggressors in the face in such a way they will never forget it."

[French officials at the last round of talkls in Geneva were] "not only succumbing to the United States, but they are kneeling before the Israeli regime".

Anti-Iran ad shown during Nuclear Security Summit

Controversial ads such as the one above made by the 'Israel Project' shown during the Nuclear Security Summit make some very unsettling comparisons. It paints Iran as a dangerous provocative nuclear armed state and even suggests if Iran is not contained in time Washington DC may soon come under missile attack like the Israelis are at the moment from Hamas rocket fire, (a clever rehashing of the Chamberlain appeasement rhetoric, the kind that was used help start the Iraq War to stop Saddam and his chemical missiles; the ones that could hit western nations in 45 minutes).

These ads were clearly made by the supporters of the same people who have been lobbying to preemptively bomb Iran for the past five years!
