Helal Trade Center & Car Park in Shiraz, under construction

Another active Iranian construction effort: the Helal Trade Center and multi-story car park in Shiraz.  Envisioned are a total of eleven levels: four lower levels providing 160 commercial units, and seven upper levels providing 685 units of public parking.
