Rouhani made the comments
on Monday while addressing a meeting of Iranian ambassadors in Tehran.
“Anytime there is going to
be negotiations, a handful says they are shaking. Well, to hell with you. Go
and find a warm place for yourself. What should we do?” Rouhani said.
