Iranian-American Sentenced to Death

Iran announced today it had sentenced the 28-year-old Iranian-American Amir Mirza Hekmati to death as a spy.

“Amir Mirza Hekmati was sentenced to death for cooperating with the hostile country America and spying for the CIA,” said Iran’s prosecutor Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei. “The court found him Corrupt on the Earth and Mohareb (one who wages war on God),” he added [ISNA, 9 January].

  1. I just don't understand why he went back to Iran after he served the US marines.Never the less I do feel very sorry for him.
Hope he overcomes this ridicules accusation by the retarded regime that he is a US spy.

I'll personally turn you in if I knew who you were. This James Bond wannabe kid deserves everything he gets..Every nation can survive her enemies but no nations can survive her fools(like you).Sadly, though, the CIA will replace this tool with another anti-Iran Iranian idiot to carry out their death wish for them. Stooges never cease to amaze.

Yes, US Marines are capable of engaging in combat with deities. Better watch out: there are 240,000 more where he came from, and they are going to be a might bit angry for killing one of their own while visiting his Grandma.

Perhaps he was spying for the CIA after all. Otherwise, he would not have gone back if he knew that his military background would put him at risk of arrest.

  8. I've a feeling this verdict won't be turned into an eventual release and repatriation. They're going to set an example out of this young man.

I just hope one day when you go back to Iran you will be accused of something by that stupid regime and not proven innocent despite your innocence therefore hammering into your thick skull how truly pathetic you sound when you accuse this innocent man of being a spy just because that criminal regime said so.
    Shameless person.

  10. The Iranian regime should be ashamed of this sham court. One can not convict anyone to death within a few days

  11. Any Iranian who has served in the US armed forces would be truly foolish to visit Iran.

Iran is under a state of paranoia due to the multiple covert operations against it by Mossad and the CIA.
