Quite odd, the fellow in the last picture first row far left. He is not persian, british looking. Also he has a british royal marines tato that is half way coverd up. Other oddity is they are using Israeli Uzis'?
What's the difference between Green and Dark blue berets?Both from Navy but why two different colors?
They are training as Israeli's. Makes it easier to blend in when doing raid's in Israel. The white guy is probably a merc.

Yes, there are pale, European-looking Iranians. Some with blonde or brown hair and some with green or blue eyes. It's useful for any armed forces to train with various, foreign weapons like uzis. Even western armed forces do so.
