The project is already a year behind schedule, and at least based on these photos it does not appear to be completed anytime soon. <br /><br />A cautionary note: a large percentage of government construction activities in Iran in recent years have been left unfinished, with no prospect to see them finished in many years to come. Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said last week that more than 60% of these projects will not be finished for decades, because they were never fully funded, but were started nevertheless as propaganda pieces by the previous government. <br /><br />I don't know the details about this particular project in Isfahan. Hope it finishes soon, looks great.
